Sleeping accommodation: The 74 is a four stateroom layout with the Master stateroom amidships below deck, full width with private head and shower to port, Vanity dressing area in stateroom. Private access is by way of a semi-circular stairway from main salon. Bulkheads are Cherry wood finish. A VIP guest stateroom is forward with a central queen sized berth, hanging locker and drawers. Ensuite head with vanity unit, mirror and separate shower to port. Access is from passage way going aft and up stairs to helm deck. The two other guest staterooms are found to port and starboard aft of the VIP guest stateroom. They have twin berths, hanging lockers and semi private heads with showers. The crews quarters is aft of the engine room with two berths and private heads with shower.
Living accommodation: The main deck area has a formal main saloon with curved settees to port and starboard and built in entertainment center. Forward and to port is a large formal dining area with "U" shaped seating. Across from the dining area is the Galley to starboard with a built in bar facing port allowing openess to both the saloon and dining areas. Again all brightwork is high gloss cherry. The flybridge has a full upper control station, Grill, a complete food prep center and sink. An "L" shaped dinette/settee to port and a full sun lounge pad is aft near arch. All fore deck and walkaround decks are non-skid fiberglass with the exception of the swim deck, aft cockpit and flybidge decks which are teak soles.Air Conditioning in living and sleeping areas.
