Living accommodation: See layout. Sleeps 3 in en-suite aft cabin and 2 in forward en-suite cabin, plus convertible double and single settee/berth. Navigators berth in walkthrough to aft cabin. Pressurised hot & cold water system.
From forward: Forward Guest Cabin with two single bunk berths to starboard and a hanging locker opposite. Forward is the en-suite heads compartment with toilet, washbasin and shower.
The main saloon has a large ?U? shaped settee to port around the dining table which converts to a large double if required. Opposite is a settee/berth. The galley area is aft and to port of the main companionway and equipped with an ENO 3-burner stove, twin stainless steel deep sinks with an extra cold water foot pump, a top loading refrigerator and ample storage cupboards for cooking utensils, etc. Opposite the galley is a forward facing chart table with a seat.
Leading aft, there is a single navigators berth in the walk through to the Owners Cabin. This cabin has a double to starboard and a single berth to port. There an en-suite heads compartment, with toilet washbasin and shower.

One owner since new. The interior is in need of cosmetic refurbishing and the electronic equipment is dated. The engine is in good condition.
