This boat is huge inside. Big superstructure but still a sailing boat. Not for races so.I used to make charter with it for Backpackers (Perhentiens to KoSamui/KoPhangan, etc. etc.). For this it is ideal. Large shaded area at the back, large wheelhouse, large sundeck in the front (wood). You can go through the boat onto the foredeck. 2 big, but safe sliding doors in the front, so the air can go through the whole boat.The boat does need some TLC - and is on a few places "not finished" but is in the water and ready to go and to live on.It was sailed to Malaysia from Australia in 2002.The boat is sructurally in a very sane condition. There has always been worked on it. It is now newly painted inside and outside (Epoxy 2comp. Primer and Polyuretane).Selling reason is old age/illness.The boat was bought for 75 000 Australian Dollars in 1999.Selling for a very low price now to have a quick sell..
