Joanna11 is a carvel planked, timber, gaff rigged, top sail, yawl. She is a fine example of Australian wooded boat construction and has been built to Captain Joshua Slocum's original ocean going design as drawn by his son Victor of Oxford Massachusetts. She must be described as a 'Slocum Spray' and not be confused with the less authentic 'Spray Designs'. An extremely high level of care and maintenance is evident throughout, the general condition is assessed at well above average and in a class of its own.
