Living accommodation: Owner’s aft cabin, double berth and single quarter berth, shower, WC and Nav station.Oval door opens in galley and saloon area. Access is also via a second companion way. Galley has a peninsular bench layout. Saloon, port side settee with pilot berth above. Starboard “L” shaped settee with one side of the elegant saloon table having a drop leaf.Forward there is an alley, a hanging locker to port and a second WC and vanity to port.Another oval door opens to the two berth fore cabin. Forward of this is the water tight bulkhead with access through a water tight door. Also access is through a water tight flush hatch in the foredeck.Heads, also in Owner's cabin and Showers.

This vessel has been professionally built by the owner boatbuilder to the very highest standard. As a consequence many aspects of her custom building includes many of the ss fittings which where possible are welded to the deck. Deck is laid with treadmaster non skid material.The beautifully built cold molded hard dodger complements her sleek lines.The interior joinery is all teak and iroko.Like everything on this fine vessel the engine space in immaculate.She was built with world cruising in mind and in particular high latitude cruising. For this reason she is totally insulated. Some features include a hot air drying locker, removable double glazing on ports, water tight bulkhead forward, water tight closing mechanism on all ventilators, every floor and the ample lockers all have locking mechanisms. This fine yacht is a fast passage maker having recently left her home port of Bay of Islands, New Zealand via the Southern Ocean to Chile, Cape Horn, Falkland Islands, South Georgia, South America and at present cruising in the West Indies and on to the East Coast of North America for the summer of 2002. She has a wealth of detail not found on other vessels and is a superb example of a beautifully built steel yacht.
