Sleeping accommodation: Sleeps nine with Owner's cabin.Owner's cabin aft, spacious double berth fitted with lee cloths, wardrobe. Saloon has four sea berths, forward cabin has two single 'v' berths with reading lights that can be made to one double, they fold up to provide sail storage below.
Living accommodation: Refurbished in 1999, the saloon has teak decor, two settees with folding table, chart table and galley. A separate heads can be found forward with sea toilet, wash hand basin and storage space. There is a hanging locker opposite the heads.
Galley: An easily cleaned laminate worktop with integrated stainless steel sink, cold water tap, top opening coolbox. Storage for food and crockery.Galley has Cooker, Oven, Grill.Manual cold water system.Diesel heater.A drawing of the accommodation is available. .

I have owned this boat since 1992. She has been continually upgraded including the North 3DL main and #1. Race results include Class win in the 1989 Fastnet, 2nd Ford Cork Week 1998, 4th Cork Week 2000, winner Shanghai Cup 1998 and 1999. There is little doubt that she must be the best Sigma 36 afloat, all serviced and ready for her new owner to start the 2001 season.
Service history: Interior refit 1999, Refit 2000 including renewal of all seacocks, new rudder bearings, new cutlass bearing, window rebuild, keel bolts replaced. Engine regularly serviced, new mounts in 2000.
