Benetti 65' 1971 lying Cyprus for sale. During 2006/07 this Benetti 65 was refitted at a cost around 50,000 Cyprus Pounds, about 115,000 US Dollars. This included complete new Iroko decks, rebuilt master cabin in Mahogany, new Galley. Overhauled engines, steel replacements to hull where needed in 6mm inserts. Extensive other work carried out to this Benetti 65 included sea valves, wiring, plumbing etc. New rudders, bushes and bearings, propellors balanced and polished. A full set of ultra-sonic thickness measurements were taken at the end of 2010 on the Benetti 65 steel hull and any spare areas have been replaced. Copy available. The Benetti 65 has been out of the water January 2013, and was anti-fouled and new anodes fitted.

Fixtures & Cabin Layout
The main cabin is full beam, situated aft with a 2m x 1.7m King Size bed, extensive drawers, cupboards and wardrobe and an en-suite toilet/shower.
Above this cabin and reached by a curving staircase is the saloon, completely original 1971 Benetti, and about 4m x 3.2m (13ft x 10.5) built in solid light mahogany with mirrors, cupboards, wall lights etc.
Ahead of this is the Galley.
Forward of the galley is the Wheelhouse with steering and engine controls. There is a further control position on the top deck also with full steering and engine controls.
Down 3 stairs to a second large cabin with twin beds, full mahogany furniture, mirrors, en-suite toilet/shower and down a further 3 stairs to the lower accommodation with a twin bunk cabin to port and a single cabin to starboard. Between the two is a newly refurbished, in marble, toilet/shower. All cabins have portholes.
Through a hatch on the foredeck is the, in earlier times, a massive twin bunk cabin and shower/toilet for 2 crew. This compartment is now used solely for storage and spare parts and would require re-doing if to be used again for accommodation.
The engine room is situated amidships and is reached through a steel door from the main deck. Full headroom throughout.
The two V12 Detroit Diesels are original equipment as are the Twin Disc Gearboxes. The starboard engine has just had a complete top overhaul of both banks of cylinders and new water pump, filters etc. The port engine has just been serviced, filters etc and a replacement crankshaft damper/balancer fitted. Generator, batteries, domestic hot and cold water tanks, pumps, switchboard, workbench and tools are all located here.

Previously (to 20080 Natasha had been used, very successfully as a private charter boat, typically for private parties, weddings and company trips and just general days out swimming and eating and having fun.
She is now a "live-aboard" vessel, and as the owner has retired we are looking for something smaller.
