I have owner the yacht since 1993 and have used it annually for 5-6 months each year. It is an ideal live aboard / cruising yacht either under sail or a very quiet running motor. It has a 240 volt system for 'as house' use on shore power. Reason for sale! I have bought a 40' twin screw motor yacht.
Service history: The service has been thorough and meticulous. Since 1997 most items have been replaced i.e engine, gearbox, prop shaft, prop. bearings, all pipework, sea cocks, teak aft deck, galley, carpet, upholstery. .
