The Electrical Systems of this Maxim 37 - This Maxim 37 has 700 amp hours of domestic capacity, each engine has own starting battery. Two 150 watt solar panels and KISS wind generator with Xantrex 2 KW inverter/charger and a standby Honda 4 stroke 2KW petrol generator. 12v DC and 120v AC around boat from control panel with circuit breakers over nav table in saloon. ICOM M45 VHF and two Uniden handhelds. Furuno radar and navtex. 406 mhz Epirb and PUR 12v watermaker.
This Maxim 37 has two complete Raymarine Autopilots with speed and depth gauges. Garmin 276 colour GPS plotter with software from Chesapeake Bay, down E coast USA to Bahamas, Turks & Caicos, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Leeward & Windwards, Venezuela across to Panama.

This Maxim 37 has a 9'6" AB RIB dinghy with Tohatsu 9.8 HP outboard, 6 man valise liferaft, 45lbs Bruce main anchor with 150' 3/8" chain, secondary a 35lbs Bruce with chain/nylon rode and further large Danforth with 300' of 3 ply nylon rode. Lewmar power windlass with wireless remote up/down as well as controls on deck forward.

Rigging & Winches equipped on this Maxim 37 - This Maxim 37 has new running rigging fitted 2005. Lewmar 40 selftailing winches, 2 at mast and two in cockpit. Portable electric winch drive with quick recharge time.
Sails of the Maxim 37 - This Maxim 37 has a 3 reef mainsail with lazy jacks and Doyle "Stackpack" sailcover, new sacrificial strip fitted to Genoa on Profurl roller reefing system. New Cruising chute with ATN snuffer for snag free dousing.
This Maxim 37 has three Queen sized bunks, two are forward one either side and one aft starboard. There is a single children's bunk forward in each hull. The large head/shower is aft port. The galley is up in the saloon to port and has a 2 burner stove with oven, sink with pressure hot/cold freshwater and foot pump saltwater. Large electric fridge/freezer by sink with top loading. Separate AC / DC freezer by Waeco. Microwave and and Toaster. The saloon table can seat 8 and has a flat screen TV/DVD player to starboard. Lots of covered storage in the saloon.

This Maxim 37 has never been chartered and always fully maintained for full time cruising. Plenty of new spares for engines and boat.
