Contention 33 built `1976 lying Swansea, Wales. This Contention 33, built by Southern Ocean Shipyards in Poole, is not a stripped out old 3/4 tonner but a comfortable cruiser racer suitable for family or for the racing enthusiast.
The performance of the Doug Peterson designed Contention 33 makes her very competitive in handicap fleets and her proven seaworthiness makes her a comfortable yacht offshore.
