Vacuum laminated epoxy sandwich with 25mm foam core. Structural " TUFF-GRID". Transparent epoxy below waterline. Chainplates continued straight from the " TUFF-GRID". The deck is through bolted to the hull flange, sealed and glued with structural adhesive. All non-visible are painted or varnished for protection and the bottom is epoxy primed and antifouled(1+1+2 layers)
