Nordia 51 built by Nordia van Dam in Holland. Designed by Van Dam. Steel hull, wood superstructure, teak laid decks overhauled in 2002. Round bilge, long keel. Rosewood interior. Air conditioned and heating through out. Cutter rigged ketch with electric furling genoa, manual furling staysail and electric Stoway mainsail and manual Stoway mizzen sail. Accomodation for seven persons in three cabins. Master cabin aft with double and single berths and ensuite facilities. Two guest cabins forward, one with twin bunk berths, one with "V" shaped double berth. Both cabins sharing forward heads and shower. Volvo Penta 136hp diesel engine, overhauled in 2002 when all parts that are connected to sea water, from sea cocks to the marinisation on the engine were replaced with new parts. Present owner has since 2000 until now generally upgraded, re-furbished and overhauled the vessel. She presents in very good condition.
