Sleeping accommodation: Sleeps six with Owner's cabin.Front cabin w/one double berth,shelves,lockers, and individual lights, separated from saloon by two hanging lockers at half height. Double berth in the saloon by lowering the table. Aft cabin w/two berths w/individual lights, shelf, locker and a cupboard in between.
Living accommodation: In the central part a table w/two double seats is situated on one side facing the galley which can be lowered to form a double berth.Following the galley towards aft is a separated toilet compartment with fresh water foot pump on the sink and salt water flush for the marine toilet. Both main and aft cabins may be heated by a thermostated pulse air Eberspacher Diesel heating system. Place of living is also in the very large cockpit which can be completely covered by a tarpaulin with three openings one of which is transparent and a removable cockpit table for four persons (stowed in the aft cabin).
Galley: It has a two burner petrol stove with icebox and a s/s sink w/foot pumps for both fresh and salt water. There is ample storage and work space.Galley has Cooker.Manual cold water system.Diesel heater.A drawing of the accommodation is available. .

Sturdy construction without osmosis. Some wood parts need to be revarnished.There is a possibility of a bundle buying the mooring in the Marina of Canet Plage in Roussillon (availability of hot showers and toilets) with ownership valid until end 2020.In that case total price would be 24 000 EUR.
Service history: The present owner has had the boat since 1983, with very little use due to lack of familial crew, Nevertheless we did Valencia Canet non stop 55 hours and Cannes Canet in three legs. 18000euros asking price.
