We bought the boat in 1999, she had been lightly used for cruising and racing and was in v. good condition. This is still the case.
The boat is kept on a pontoon mooring in Lymington and wintered ashore at Yachthaven. We have used her for two or three weeks family holiday every year (Weymouth, Guernsey, Dartmouth, Brixham and Falmouth) and for occasional day sails.
For cruising she is a delight to sail short handed. The relatively long water line and easily driven hull means she is a fast cruiser. Dehler's patented Main-Drop system, the fully battened mainsail, the Harken furler for the Genoa, single line reefing and all the controls being led back to the cockpit make her easy and safe to sail.
The removable back-box locker and the starboard "storecabin" provide masses of storage. The Navico tiller pilot interfaces to the rest of the instrument system to steer the boat when needed.
For racing, the forestay can be switched for a twin groove tuff-luff, and Kevlar 135r 107ibs. The lazy jack system and cruising mainsail are removed, and Carbon or Kevlar Mainsails added. Dismounting the back-box provides masses of space at the back of the cockpit for mainsail and spinnaker trimmers. A 3:1 adjusting line controls the position of the spinnaker pole on the mast.

Service history: Always wintered ashore. Standing rigging renewed with Dynema and fixed vang fitted by Atlantic Spars (Dartmouth), Engine Professional serviced yearly. New Dehler lazy jack system. Twin genoa halyards.
