Owner's Comments of the Northwind 47

North Wind 47 built by Industrial North Wind, S:A: Barcelona, Spain. Designed by Marcelo Penna. GRP hull and superstructure with teak decks. Medium fin keel and skeg supported rudder. Interior second steering position by means of a joystick at the navigation station. Cutter rig with removable inner forestay. Staysail has its own sheet track for self tacking if required. Roller furling genoa. All sails new in 2000. Accomodation for four persons in two ensuite fore and aft plus dinette opposite the galley, that converts to a double berth . Volvo Penta 100 hp turbo diesel. Fisher Panda generator, new in 2000. Comfortable, safe cruising yacht in very good condition and very well equipped. The hull has been re-painted with International Paints in dark blue, in July 2002.
