Sleeping accommodation: Sleeps five with Owner's cabin.MASTER STATEROOM is aft to port with a queen size berth; there are four large storage drawers, large cupboard, framed mirror, extra shelving and two extra storage cupboards. Ventilation and light provided by two opening ports and an opening hatch. A large hanging locker is aft to starboard opposite the door to the master stateroom. Forward of this hanging locker is a full height WET LOCKER with drain to the bilgeGUEST STATEROOM set forward of the head with an offset over/under single berths to port with storage under. The top berth can be extended to make a double berth or swung down to the bottom berth to make a settee with back rest. To starboard is a full hanging locker, two large drawers and one small drawer, the top of the unit above the drawers can be raised to provide a dressing table/work bench which has a mirror and light.. Access to the chain locker is through the forward bulkhead. Ventilation and light provided by one opening port, two hatches (one reversible) and one mushroom ventilator.
Living accommodation: NAVIGATION STATION is forward of the wet locker on the starboard side with a large hinged chart table, large display area for electronics, easy access to the electrical panel (both A/C and D/C). There is plenty of room for storage of charts immediately under the chart table top plus two very large storage cupboards underneath. Extremely comfortable contoured seatSALON is mid-ship with a horseshoe shaped dining area to port with outboard storage and five large storage units under the seat, round table with central storage for bottles. Opposite to starboard is a settee with two large storage lockers under the seat and four storage units behind the back of the seat. All upholstery is in red velour. All bottom lockers have ventilation louvers. Ventilation and light provided by two hatches (one reversible), one dorade and two opening portsLARGE HEAD compartment is forward to port with a moulded fibreglass vanity unit with SS bowl, teak louvered doors. Pressure and manual fresh water. A one piece fibreglass tub with shower and shower sump. Jabsco marine toilet with 20 gallon holding tank.. Ventilation and light provided by two opening ports and a dorade. Opposite to starboard is a full length hanging lockerNATURAL light and ventilation is provided right throughout with a total of seven opening ports, four fixed ports, two dorade, one mushroom vent and five opening hatches of which two are reversible. Neva ( we wish to retain the name) was purchased in 1996 and is British registered. She underwent a major upgrade in 1999 which included a new engine, steering, standing rigging, autopilot. The hull below the waterline was taken back to the gelcoat and seven barrier coats applied (Awlgrip). She has just completed a 6 1/2 year circumnavigation and is currently having ongoing maintenance done to the brightwork. The engine has just undergone a major service which included a new starter, ring gear, turbo and intercooler cleaned, injectors cleaned & tested by he main Yanmar agents in Izmir. She is comfortable on all points of sail, deceptively quick, has amazing storage and a lovely boat to live on.
Service history: Full service & maintenance records are available for the engine & generator plus all bills for purchases since 1999.
