Living accommodation: Sleeps two in the forecabin, plus three convertable berths in the saloon and a quarter berth aft of the chart table. Very good storage throughout the boat. Pressurised water system to galley and heads compartment.
Opposite, to port is the forward facing chart table and seat with a navigator´s quarter berth aft.
The dining area features a settee/berth to port and a “U†shaped settee to starboard which converts to a double berth.The table has two extension flaps. Forward is the heads compartment with toilet, washbasin and shower.
The forward cabin has two berths, converting to a double.c.Heads and Showers.
Galley: Galley is situated to starboard of the main companionway and is equipped with a three burner stove with oven, a new frigoboat two sytem fridge.Galley has Cooker, Oven, Fridge.Pressurised hot and cold water system.A drawing of the accommodation is available. .

The present owner has owned the boat for approximately three years. He has done some up-grading of equipment, etc but then found his health prevented him from his planned cruising schedule. The boat has a sea kindly hull and is a stable family cruising yacht from the classic design team of Sparkman and Stephens.
