Irena was totally refitted in 2005 due to an engine room fire. This included NEW engines, fuel tanks, electrics, plumbing, upholstery, head linings, woodwork, propellors, shafts, trim tabs, exhausts, switch panels, dash boards etc etc. The list is almost endless.
Service history: Since Irena was refitted and is virtually a new craft throughout, previous history is not really relevant. There are copies of all bills to prove that over £160,000 has been spent on the refit.
