A RIB is the ideal back-up for running sailing events, diving, skiing, photography etc and you can have one of the best NOW. The RIB is a 5.5m Plancraft launched May 2000. Tubes are light blue fitted by Henshaws. Accommodation comprises a steering console with two separate 2-man jockey consoles with storage. Steering is Teleflex NFB (No Feedback) which is light and easy to use but eliminates the feedback normally associated with larger engines. Instruments include Speedo, Tach, Fuel, Trim and Engine Hours. The plastic fuel tank, which is housed in the steering console, holds 65ltrs giving an average range of over 9 hours or 225 miles.A Rule bilge pump with float switch is fitted in the sump at the stern.All wiring and cabling is led under deck giving a large, clean deck space for photography, skiing, diving or mark laying.The boat will come with a launching trolley. This boat handles beautifully in all conditions with a top speed of about 40 knots. The engine has about 75 hours use and is probably the smoothest running and quietest engine on the market. The boat is for sale due to other family commitments. .
