Built by X-Yachts of Denmark, to a design by Niels Jeppesen. Foam cored hull, steel bottom frame, tapered aluminium rudderstock with low friction needle bearings, excellent weight concentration in the middle of the yacht, a strong stiff mast section, discontinuous rod rigging and composite interior bulkheads. Lead Iron encapsulated keel bolted to the steel linking all hull, keel and rig loads to achieve a stiff yet light yacht built to a very high specification. .
