Center cockpit Amel Meltem ketch built by Ateliers and Chantiers Amel, La Rochelle in 1975. GRP with epoxy Gelshield treatment in 2000. Hydraulic steering. Medium fin keel and skeg hung rudder. Major refit in 1999/2000, including new standing rigging and headsail furling. Eight sails including three new in 1999. Volvo Penta 106 hp diesel engine. Eight batteries new in 2002. Spectra water-maker, inverta, shore-power distribution board and solar panels all new in 1999. Accomodation comprises of aft owner´s cabin with double berth to port, dressing table to starboard and ensuite heads with shower and basin. There is a single sea berth in the walk way. Convertable double berth in the saloon plus a single settee berth. The foreward guest cabin has three bunk berths. There is a foreward heads compartment with toilet, shower and washbasin which can be made ensuite to the guest cabin. The boat is in excellent order as the present owner is an engineer who has bought the boat up todate and running smoothly.
