This yacht was built by Fairways Marine of Hamble and was their boat show boat for 1980.She is a lifting keel version of high quality construction with the interior fittted out in teak.It is only a two owner boat and the previous owner reports that he ran before winds of storm force ten at the end of a voyage from Spain to the UK.I have owned the boat for five years and half my sailing is single handed.The hull was epoxyed from new and has been recoated every seven years. I had the old anti-fouling removed in 2000 and the hull recoated with international epoxy. This was overcoated with copper epoxy with a projected anti-fouling life of ten years.All hull penetrations are gate valved. I hold a full service history and hand books for engine and equipment. This boat is in commission and ready to cruise anywhere. For interested parties I can supply video showing the boat sailing under various conditions. Fly to view for around ?70 from the UK.
Service history: The engine is fully serviced up to present and of low engine hours (possibly less than 700 hours as the boat was laid up for three years by the previous owner.) Spares include full workshop manual/drive belts/oil filters/impellors plus more.The taylors cooker heater was fitted 2003 and comes complete with long distance spares kit. For extended cruising there is also quite a lot of spare equipment.
