We have had the boat since 1989. The mast is about six years old although the boom is probably the original. Four years ago we did osmosis treatment, this consisted of stripping the gel below the water line and drying out with infra red heaters. The hull was then coated with Blakes epoxy. She is commercially coded, which means that all upholstery and engine sound proofing is flame retardant. The boat is checked annually and is subject to a five yearly survey (last surveyed April 2000). We fitted new heads last year and changed all associated plumbing. Currently we are fitting a new wooden toe rail. If we were keeping the boat I would be changing the log and echo sounder, but I thought I would leave these as a new owner would have their own preferences.
