Early Dawn has a semi displacement Colvic hull and superstructure purchased in 1982. Fitted out to a very high professional standard over 13 years then launched in 1994. Having served for many years as chief engineer in commercial ships I regard Early Dawn as a little ship of high standard and performance. Ill health forces a very reluctant sale and retirement from the sea.A survey was carried out in August 2006 and as a result she is undergoing full epoxy treatment and will be sold with a 5 years guarentee against osmosis.
