Sleeping accommodation: Sleeps 6 in 2 cabins, plus 2 in the saloon.
Living accommodation: Interior joinery in mahogany with white panelling. Saloon upholstery and carpet in mid blue in good condition. Plentiful stowage throughout including large lazerette locker. Good headroom throughout. 6.5ft in main saloon. Light and well ventilated interior.
Aft cabin with large double berth athwartships (length 2.05m) with under berth storage and plenty more lockers and hanging space. Walkthrough to the saloon with ?hall? storage cupboard and a showerroom / wet locker. Leading forward to the outward facing chart table/navigation area with all instrumentation and storage, to port of the main companionway. The galley is to starboard and equipment includes a PLASTIMO ATLANTIC 2-burner gas cooker with oven and grill, microwave, simple washing machine, a top loading 12v refrigerator, S/S sink and ample storage and working surface. Forward to starboard is the dinette that will seat 6 persons and a settee on the portside. Storage under settees.
The heads compartment is forward and has a large JABSCO toilet (new 2003) and washbasin.. Opposite is a locker used for tools and spare parts. The forward cabin has four single berths into the ?V? as upper and lower bunks. There is access to a forward storage area under the chain locker.

S/Y ?Raconteur? is a strong and spacious liveaboard cruising yacht that was sailed by a previous owner and his wife from Australia to Mallorca. She has always been carefully maintained and is, at present, undergoing a major refit, to include re-positioning the exhaust, removing and checking the shaft., complete overhaul and repainting of the deck and cabin top, plus new antifouling. The work is due to be completed by the end of February, when she will be re-launched and return to her swinging mooring. Her present owners are retired and wish to return to New Zealand.
