CONSTRUCTIONSteel hull and superstructure - black hull with white stripe. Teak deck. Long keel. Hydraulic wheel steering.

SAILS & SPARS Cutter rigged ketch with black aluminium spars. Stainless steel standing rigging. Mainsail and Mizzen with slab type reefing. Furling genoa and staysail – both manual systems with control lines leading to the cockpit. Spinnaker pole.

SAILS: Main, Jib, Yankee, MPS, Mizzen, Twin Jib Headsails WINCHES: Total of 15. 4 genoa winches, MPS winch, halyard winch

ENGINE & POWER Mercedes OM401, 1980, 6 cylinders 160HP diesel. Fresh and sea water cooled. Regularly serviced. 2.6 litres/hour consumption. 8 knots cruising speed, 9.5 knots maximum. 3:1 Velvet gearbox with morse controls. Shaft drive to 3 bladed propeller. Bow thruster TANKS: Fuel capacity: 495 gallons (2,250 litres). Water capacity: 527 gallons (2,400 litres). Holding tank: 66 gallons (300 litres). All tanks steel.

ELECTRICS: 240 Volt. 6/2/1 marine batteries, new 2003, 600 A/H total capacity. Victron Energy Centaur 24v / 60A battery charger, 2003. Northern Lights 16 Kwa generator, new 2001. Shore power and cable. Pressurised water system. Water heater.

ACCOMMODATION: Sleeps 6 in 3 cabins, plus saloon. Forward cabin with two single berths, one each side. Starboard guest cabin with two berths (upper and lower). Guest toilet / shower area with Sealand Vacuum WC. Owners cabin to port with double bed with ensuite toilet (Sealand Vacuum WC) and shower.

In the raised pilothouse is the steering position, an L shape sofa with table and chart table/navigation area. Large aft saloon and galley. Large U shape sofa with circular table fully aft and the galley with bar / breakfast bar with stools forward of this to the port side.

GALLEY: AEG electric cooker with four burners and oven, Electric grill. Sharp microwave, 240 V fridge, Freezer, Double sink, Crockery, Cutlery. NOTES: Air conditioning (reverse cycle). Beige/Burgundy upholstery. Teak interior. 6’’ headroom. The interior is in excellent condition.

NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT: Sestrel compass, PLS Silver echopilot 150 m forward looking, Raytheon radar, Pathfinder radar, Raytheon satnav, Sailor RT144 VHF, Raytheon GPS, Raytheon plotter, Raytheon autopilot, Clock. DECK EQUIPMENT: Two anchors with 75 m chain, Electric windlass, Searchlight, Horn, Gangway, Sun awning, Davits, Boarding ladder, Passarelle, Dinghy with 9.9 HP Outboard, Various warps and fenders, boathook.

SAFETY EQUIPMENT: Four fire extinguishers. Bilge pump. Liferaft new 2001

GENERAL EQUIPMENT: Radio cassette/CD. TV/Video. COMMENTSThis is a beautiful Jongert that has been well maintained and presents in very good condition. The interior is fabulous with an aft saloon / dining area that is unsurpassed in a boat of this size. She is easily handled by the husband/wife team who own her at present – the cutter rigged ketch keeps all sails to manageable proportions while the bow thruster makes tight manoeuvring easy.
