The hatches resealed, portlights refitted with new blue hue glass and new gaskets. New cabin Vetus vents. New NavPod pedestal guard to accommodate NavPod casing for the electronics. New LPG system. New 1” Burmese teak coamings, new teak/mahogany cockpit table with an inlay on new NavPod pedestal guard. All NEW in recent major refit - last one to three years.

What is not new is in excellent/good condition including refrigerator and some of the electronics: SSB/HAM (Icom 700Pro) with Pactor Modem is 6 rears old, so is VHF.

10 total winches including oversized Lewmar 54 primaries. A very substantial arch ($14K) at the stern supports dinghy davits, two Ampair 100W wind generators (recently serviced), radar antenna on Questus self-leveling mount, motor lift, Bose speakers, Bimini.

Rigging & Winches

Rigging & Winches equipped on this Crealock 37 - New running rigging and some standing rigging. The mast and boom were professionally painted with two parts Interlux polyurethane paint, the mast rewired with new lights, new wind instrument, some folding steps added. NC42 Profurl roller furling on the new head stay.

Owner's Comments of the Crealock 37

There are scores of small new things (like new electric receptacles, a new electric horn, new fuel meter, some new seacocks including engine intake, new wheel leather cover etc.) that might have been omitted as the list is so extensive. The bottom is two and a half years old, the new one is scheduled this April. For the last 5 years the boat has been in fresh water. All the receipts and records of approximately 65K refit are available. She is a superb vessel in an excellent condition. She sails like a charm and is easily handled by two.
