Solid and well-built ketch-rigged Nordia 50 with aluminium hull built by the reputable yacht builder Nordia van Dam in the Netherlands. She is an absolutely go anywhere yacht and she can easily accommodate 4 people in all comfort. She underwent a huge refit in 2007 and her current owner kept her in a well maintained and updated condition. E.g. the teak decks have been refinished and completely re-caulked in 2017 and the hull underwent a full Awlgrip treatment in 2015. Very well equipped with a main sail, mizzen and self-tacking jib from 2013, genoa, MPS, yankee, new running rigging, electric winches, etc. Furthermore equipped with a 90hp diesel engine, bow thruster, generator, complete navigation equipment including Navtex and AIS, davits, sprayhood, bimini, covers, hydraulic gangway, tender with outboard from 2017, water maker, Epirb, etc. The hand crafted cherry wood interior is inviting and very comfortable and is fitted out with reversible air conditioning, washing machine/dryer, Alcantara upholstery, etc. Boats like these are rare on the market. Spanish matriculation tax has been paid.
