J Boats J/109 'Alice' price reduced
Built in 2002, J/109 'Alice' is found in reasonable order, though some cosmetic work is recommended internally.
She has been in race boat management since 2011 and has been properly maintained on behalf of her owner. She had a major rig refit in 2016, also new propellor after her engine service in May 2016.
Competively priced, she just needs anti fouling before sailing away, mooring paid to end March 2017 so no rush if you are taking her to Europe.
