Robert Clark 72 new to market

Now seriously for sale, this Robert Clark 72' is fully coded and equipped ready for the voyage of your dreams.
Designed by Robert Clark and built for the British Ocean Youth Club in 1972, originally known as Master Builder, Zenara has beautiful classic lines and is a delight to sail: her proportions and ketch rig are perfectly balanced. Since I bought her in 2008 we have explored the Mediterranean, via the Canaries and the Cape Verdes across to the Caribbean and back via the Azores to Spain. Over the years she has been transformed into a very comfortable long distance sailing yacht, which we have sailed double handed or when racing in the Caribbean, with up to twelve crew.

Investments have included new engine, bow thruster, folding propeller, North sails, including self furling systems and two gennakers, standing rigging, new boom, generator, water maker, navigation systems, steering geer and anchor. Her hull and deck were sandblasted and refurbished in 2013 as part of her pre-transat preparations and the topsides repainted this year. She has been equipped to comply with Code Zero requirements for charter work and constantly maintained to a high standard by myself and a skipper.

Zenara is lying in Sant Carles de la Rapita, just south of Barcelona, being offered for sail, waiting and ready for her next adventure.
